Heidi is a full-time professional Realtor representing buyers, sellers and corporate entities alike.  Heidi has lived in Santa Cruz County almost all her life, she has first-hand knowledge of mountain and coastal living and all it takes to thrive here.

 Having marketed luxury properties, short sales, equity investments, 1031 exchanges and being a Priority Partner exclusively with several banks and their REO sales, Heidi is capable of navigating all aspects of real estate with exceptional results.  Her attention to detail, negotiation skills, communication and dedication to client satisfaction is apparent in every transaction.
